料理特色
主廚Esther與經理Carol皆來自花蓮，Carol擁有阿美族與太魯閣族賽德克血統。菜餚無人工添加物，使用台灣原住民食材與小農產品，餐廳名稱「食分之一」源自基督教十一奉獻理念。
空間氛圍
簡約白色外觀搭配紅色招牌，內部空間溫馨雅緻，營造低調而精緻的用餐氛圍。
