Located at No. 17, Lane 27, Section 4, Zhongxiao East Road, Taipei, Senju is Taipei’s first membership-based Japanese Omakase restaurant, founded by Kikuchi Hideaki, President of the Japan Sushi Association, offering top-tier kaiseki and sushi experiences.
Cuisine Highlights
The signature lunch-only unagi don uses Taiwan black eel, prepared in Kanto-style (steamed then grilled). Chef Watanabe Noriaki (formerly of Sushi Takumi Group) and Chef Yoshida Masashi lead Omakase sushi and kaiseki respectively.
