Located in Taipei’s Songshan District, INITA is helmed by chef KUNI from Osaka with over 20 years of Italian cuisine experience, offering a fusion of Italian, Japanese, and Taiwanese omakase. With only 16 seats, reservations are extremely hard to secure.
