Located in Dazhi, Taipei, LOPFAIT 樂斐 is a sister restaurant of MiraWan. Led by local chef Josh Cheng, who trained abroad, it offers all-day French fine dining with Taiwanese ingredients. Opened in 2021, it has been selected by the Michelin Guide.
Cuisine Highlights
The signature "Qi-Cheng-Zhuan-He" set menu showcases contemporary French creative cuisine using local Taiwanese ingredients. Chef Josh Cheng apprenticed under Asia's Best Female Chef Lanshu Chen at Le Moût for ten years; pastry chef Dai Junhong (Train) creates exquisite desserts.
