Headed by the Peng Chang-kuei system Hunan cuisine team, signature dishes include Peng's Tofu, General Tso's Chicken (invented by Peng Chang-kuei), and Fu Gui Shuang Fang, classic Hunan dishes. Per person cost: NT$800-1,500.
